Chocolate and amaretti cup: the dessert you can't miss after a meal.

Here are the ingredients needed to make this delicious fresh dessert, sure to delight everyone—special is an understatement! Here's the perfect recipe to tempt everyone.

500 ml of milk

30 g of potato starch

30 g of bitter cocoa powder

60 g of sugar

150 g of amaretti biscuits

150 g of liquid fresh cream

100 g of dark chocolate

Procedure

To make this refreshing and delicious dessert, place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl. Place the cocoa and starch in a small saucepan and mix well with a spoon. Then, pour in the slightly warmed milk, add the sugar, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

The secret to a good result is to work over low heat, add the chocolate, and stir until the cream thickens, then cover with plastic wrap and let it cool. Then, transfer to bowls or glasses and top with the cream, which you will need to whip well with an electric whisk.

To avoid mistakes, use a piping bag to decorate the glasses, adding crushed amaretti biscuits and, if desired, some dark chocolate shavings. Enjoy immediately, or let it set in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Have a good break!
