Five desks on a wire. The trade moves every day, and so does the paper.
Filed daily from the food trade of the whole planet since 1993. The Chronicle was set up to cover food the way a market is covered: by the numbers, by the shelf and by the boat.

What never goes on the wire
Pieces carrying another title's furniture or promoting themselves. They are dropped whole, not shortened.
The commodity board
The prices published on the Commodities page are the closing figures of the day, and they are replaced, not edited.
