Butter biscuit ingredients

  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon, grated zest

How to make banana butter cookies

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the sugar and softened butter and mix well until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the grated lemon zest, sifted baking soda, and baking powder, stirring vigorously.
