Quick pizza dough with dry yeast

Quick pizza dough with dry yeast

All you need is instant dry yeast. You'll also need wheat flour, warm drinking water, salt, and sunflower oil.

Place flour in a bowl. Add salt and dry yeast. For pizza, there's no need to dissolve the yeast in water.

Add the water immediately after the yeast. It must be used only when warm. Hot water kills the yeast, and cold water slows down the fermentation process.

Next, add the sunflower oil. Knead into a soft ball.

Quick pizza dough with dry yeast is ready!

Divide the dough ball into two halves. Roll the dough into a round flatbread. Place it on the bottom of a springform pan. Dust the base with flour. Use flour for rolling as well.

Now about pizza. There are so many topping options you can't even count them on your fingers. Let's focus on budget-friendly ingredients.

We assume that our pizza could be baked by schoolchildren and students. You'll need: tomato sauce, smoked sausage, tomatoes, Russian cheese, and black olives.

Grease the dough with tomato sauce.

Spread it over the surface using a silicone brush.

Add sausage and tomatoes.

Sausage and tomatoes are sprinkled with grated cheese.

Then black olives, halved.

The school pizza goes into the oven preheated to 240°C for 10 minutes. Hooray! I'm all set!

Let's add this quick pizza dough with dry yeast to our collection of simple homemade recipes. Okay?
