No-bake glass cake, prepare this 10 minutes before serving

The perfect dessert to serve on a Saturday afternoon as a snack or after dinner is this glass cake: it can be made in 10 minutes and requires no baking.

Over the past few years, I've rediscovered the beauty of glass cakes; I make some directly in the cups and then immediately cook them in the air fryer or microwave.

The recipe I'm about to share, however, requires no cooking, so you can prepare it 10 minutes before serving. It's sure to be a hit, as everyone will be amazed.

No-Bake Glass Cake: The Super Delicious Recipe

Making this dessert is not only quick and easy, but it will also allow you to serve something incredibly tasty and delicious, sure to wow your guests. Furthermore, as previously explained, we'll only need a few ingredients; the highlight will be this cream, which you can whip up in no time. The ingredients you'll need are:

  • 500 g of mascarpone,
  • 120 g of sugar,
  • 250 ml of cooking cream,
  • Strawberries to be seasoned with sugar.

Here's how to make a quick glass dessert

Let's start right away by taking a large bowl and adding the mascarpone, which we'll then mix with the sugar and 250 ml of cooking cream. Mix the ingredients together until they've doubled in volume, adding the sugar immediately, just like you would with traditional whipped cream.

Transfer the cream to the refrigerator for about half an hour and do the same with the strawberries, after washing them, chopping them into pieces, and tossing them with sugar. Once the necessary time has passed, all that's left to do is assemble our dessert: a layer of mascarpone cream, strawberries, then more mascarpone cream, and so on, until you have at least three layers.

Serve as a dessert or after-dinner treat, and voilà... your dessert will truly be a hit with everyone. Last but not least, you can make it even quicker by using only whipped cream, still achieving a magnificent result.
