Pickled chops

Put the eggs, salt, Maggi, Worcestershire, pepper, Solamyl, mustard and crushed garlic cloves in a bowl. Whisk everything well.

Ingredients · Servings 6
  • 6 boneless chops
  • 2 whole eggs
  • half a tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Solamyl
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
Method · 25 min
  1. Beat the chops. In a bowl, add the egg, salt, Maggi, Worcestershire, pepper, Solamyl, mustard and crushed garlic cloves. Beat everything well. Place the chops in a bowl and let them rest in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
  2. Then fry the chops for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Side dish: fries, garnish, tartare sauce.
