Eggnog for Thermomix®

Eggnog for Thermomix®

For 2 bottles of 500 ml each.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 6 organic egg yolks
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 350 g condensed milk
  • 250 g white rum
Method · 5 min
  1. Insert the whisk attachment. Whisk vanilla extract, egg yolks and powdered sugar for 3 minutes/speed 3. Remove the whisk attachment.
  2. Add condensed milk and rum, mix for 8 minutes at 70°C on speed 4, and pour using a funnel into two hot, rinsed 0.5-liter bottles and seal tightly immediately. Store the eggnog in the refrigerator. It will keep for approximately 4 weeks.
