Coconut and egg white sweets

Coconut and egg white sweets

Today we're introducing you to some delicious and easy-to-make treats that everyone can enjoy, even celiacs, as these delicacies are gluten-free. We're talking about Coconut and Egg White Treats. You'll only need three ingredients to make these delicious treats in a few simple steps.

These treats are flourless, dairy-free, and fat-free. So, you can enjoy them—in moderation, of course—without feeling too guilty.

I love making flattened balls, but using the spoon you use to scoop ice cream, you can have fun making other fun shapes.

These little treats are a hit with both adults and children. From the first bite, they'll win you over with their crispy crust and soft, creamy filling.

Ideal for a tasty snack with friends accompanied by a good tea, they are also fantastic to serve to your children accompanied by a good fruit juice or a squeezed orange juice for a healthy and tasty mid-afternoon snack.

I also make them to serve at birthday parties for adults and children, and during other holidays of all kinds. In fact, I often make them when my nephew comes to visit, and he's a real sweet tooth, although we enjoy making them together.

And when we take them out of the oven, while we let them cool, we enjoy the biscuity, delicate coconut scent in the air while we watch a cartoon on TV.
