Cheese and onion bread

  • 1 Mehrkornbrot (approx. 750 g)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 160 g Emmental cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar
Method · 35 min
  1. Cut the bread in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, but do not cut all the way through.
  2. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into thin rings. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
  3. Fill the bread with cheese and spring onion and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas mark 2) for 20 minutes.
