Chocolate and coconut brownie recipe

To prepare these brownies, we must first melt the dark chocolate. We can do it in a bain-marie or we can use the microwave to speed up the process.

While the chocolate cools a little, place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.

We can gradually add the two flours, the oil and the vanilla, work with the electric whisk, then add the melted chocolate.

Mix everything well and then transfer the ready dough to a rectangular mold lined with baking paper, level it and distribute the grated coconut.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Turn off the oven once cooked, remove from the oven, and let cool. Then cut into squares and serve. You can add more grated coconut or powdered sugar.

Enjoy your breakfast or break!
