Cutlets with buckwheat and minced meat

Cutlets with buckwheat and minced meat

I've been making cutlets with buckwheat and ground meat for many years. Sometimes I want to give them a different flavor or texture. Today, we'll add buckwheat to the ground meat and create a new, delicious dish that's also healthy.

To make buckwheat cutlets with minced meat, prepare the ingredients according to the list. It's best to use ground pork or beef. It's best to pre-boil the buckwheat at a ratio of 1 cup of groats to 2.5 cups of water, plus salt. Let the cooked buckwheat cool slightly.

Place minced meat and buckwheat in a bowl.

Add finely grated onion and press garlic through a press.

Add chicken egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat.

Mix the minced meat ingredients thoroughly. You can even beat it well.

From the resulting minced meat, form cutlets of your usual shape.

Roll the cutlets in flour.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Fry the patties on one side for 4-5 minutes, then flip and fry the other side for another 4-5 minutes. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of water and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer the patties for another 10 minutes.

Cutlets with buckwheat and minced meat are ready!

Bon appetit!
