Chicken with honey-mustard sauce with dill

Juicy chicken in a delicate sauce, where the sweetness of honey combines with spicy mustard and the fresh taste of dill. A simple recipe that will add an original touch to an everyday lunch and will pleasantly surprise you with the combination of flavors.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • Eyes:
  • 2 chicken breasts (approx. 400 g)
  • adjika to taste (about 1 teaspoon) or ground pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)
  • salt to taste (approx. 4 g)
  • oil for frying (approx. 2 tablespoons / 20 ml)
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (approx. 20 g)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (approx. 40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (approx. 12 ml)
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • fresh dill (approx. 10 g)
  • 10 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons of water (about 45 ml)
Method · 35 min
  1. Cut the meat into slices, salt it, and season it with adjika (it also contains dill). You can use only pepper without any other spices.
  2. Mix honey with mustard and Worcestershire, chop dill.
  3. Fry the slices of meat on both sides in oil and then remove them. Pour about 3 tablespoons of water over the roast and pour in the mixed mixture of honey, mustard, Worcestershire and dill.
  4. Heat, add the cream, bring to a boil and add the dill. Soften with a piece of butter and return the heated meat.
