  • salt to taste (approx. 4 g)
  • oil for frying (approx. 2 tablespoons / 20 ml)
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (approx. 20 g)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (approx. 40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (approx. 12 ml)
  • 100 ml cooking cream

  • 10 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons of water (about 45 ml)

  1. Cut the meat into slices, salt it, and season it with adjika (it also contains dill). You can use only pepper without any other spices.
  2. Mix honey with mustard and Worcestershire, chop dill.
  3. Fry the slices of meat on both sides in oil and then remove them. Pour about 3 tablespoons of water over the roast and pour in the mixed mixture of honey, mustard, Worcestershire and dill.
