Blueberry-vanilla money balls 30pcs

Blueberry-vanilla money balls 30pcs

Ingredients
  • 5dl maitoa tai vettä
  • 50g hiivaa
  • 1 muna
  • 2dl sokeria
  • 1rkl kardemummaa
  • 1tl suolaa
  • 13-15dl vehnäjauhoja
  • 150-200g voita t. margariinia
  • 1prk MAITORAHKAA
  • 1 muna
  • ½dl sokeria
  • 2tl vaniljasokeria
  • 1rasia(150g) paistonkestävää mustikkahilloa
Method
  1. Tee pullataikina tavalliseen tapaan.
  2. Täytettä varten sekoita keskenään rahka, kananmuna ja sokerit.
  3. Jaa pullataikina kahteen osaan. Kauli taikina n.!cm paksuksi levyksi. Ota levystä pyöreitä pullia esim. ison lasin tai muun vastaavan avulla. Nosta pullat pelille kohoamaan. Leivo toinen puoli taikinasta samalla tavalla.
  4. Kun pullat nousseet n. ½ tuntia, paina pullien keskelle syvennys vaikkapa juomalasin pohjalla. Voitele pullat munalla. Laita pullien syvennykseen teelusikallinen mustikkahilloa ja ruokalusikallinen rahkatäytettä. Ripottele ympärille raesokeria.
  5. Paista pullat 225 asteessa n. 10 minuuttia.

Make the bun dough as usual.

For the filling, mix together the cottage cheese, egg and sugar.

Divide the bun dough into two parts. Roll the dough into a sheet about 1 cm thick. Take round buns from the sheet, for example with the help of a large glass or something similar. Place the buns on a rack to rise. Bake the other half of the dough in the same way.

When the buns have risen for about ½ hour, press a depression in the middle of the buns, for example with the bottom of a drinking glass. Brush the buns with egg. Place a teaspoon of blueberry jam and a tablespoon of cottage cheese filling in the depression of the buns. Sprinkle with granulated sugar around.

Bake the buns at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes.
