BeBe cuts

Don't feel like baking this weekend? Try these simple no-bake BeBe slices. The combination of light and dark cookies with a delicate cream makes for a simple yet impressive dessert that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients · Servings 1 where
  • 130 g of light BeBe biscuits
  • 130 g dark BeBe biscuits
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 150 g softened butter
  • 5 tablespoons of semi-coarse flour
  • 250 ml milk
Method · 40 min
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the flour and powdered sugar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cook for a few minutes so that the cream does not smell of flour.
  2. Let the finished base cool. Cover with cling film to prevent a skin from forming.
  3. Beat the softened butter until smooth and gradually beat in the cooled cream.
  4. Place cling film on a tray and arrange the slices on it. Start with the light biscuits, spread with some of the cream, then continue with the dark biscuits. Continue alternating layers until all the ingredients are used up. Smooth the surface.
  5. Place the slices in the refrigerator to harden and set, preferably until the next day. Then cut diagonally.
