Chicken offers a myriad of ways to use it in the kitchen. Try making simple, spicy chicken nuggets - small pieces of meat marinated in beer batter and fried until crispy.

Ingredients · Servings 5
  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml beer
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Solamyl
  • frying oil
  • ground pepper
  • salt
Method · 40 min
  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, beer, mustard, soy sauce, plain flour, Solamyl, a little pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the meat into smaller pieces (small slices) and marinate in the prepared mixture for about 3 hours.
  3. Deep-fry the pieces of meat in batter until golden brown in hot oil.
  4. A suitable side dish is French fries, croquettes or boiled potatoes.
