Patches with forest mushrooms

If you were lucky enough to bring home a basket full of mushrooms from the forest, then you will surely appreciate this quick recipe for processing them. Wild mushroom pancakes are really very easy and taste great. You only need basic ingredients to prepare them.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 250 g of specks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g of porcini mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin
  • salt
  • water for soaking mushrooms
Method · 50 min
  1. We will make homemade specks according to a proven recipe, or cook purchased ones according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Put the chopped porcini mushrooms in a pot, add a little water, add the crushed cumin and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. After 10 minutes, add the butter to the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are ready, salt them to taste.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta, let it drain and mix it into the prepared stewed mushrooms.
