Cocoa muffins

Cocoa muffins will delight all lovers of chocolate desserts with their softness and distinctive cocoa flavor. They are quick to prepare, great with coffee, for celebrations, and as a sweet snack for children.

Ingredients · Servings 12 pieces
  • 2 cups of semi-coarse flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of chopped chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt
Method · 35 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, add milk, oil, eggs and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place paper cups in a muffin tin and fill each 3/4 full with batter.
  4. Press pieces of broken chocolate into the dough in each cupcake.
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
