Making cocoa muffins with banana and vanilla without butter
First, to make these super delicious treats, start by melting the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or more. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs using an electric whisk. Add the milk and melted butter, mixing thoroughly. Then, peel the bananas, cut them into cubes, and add them to the egg mixture, stirring constantly to combine everything.
In another bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, add the cocoa powder, sugar, and chocolate chips, and mix well with a wooden spoon or a hand whisk. Then, fold the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients and mix gently with circular movements in a clockwise direction from the bottom up, avoiding over-compensating. The mixture should be lumpy.
Finally, distribute evenly into greased and floured muffin tins, filling them 3/4 full. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Once baked, decorate with chocolate icing, having first melted the dark chocolate in pieces in the microwave and then drizzled with the cream. Serve and enjoy these amazing treats that will amaze both adults and children. Enjoy!
