Italian Tiramisu by Marco D'Andrea

Ingredients
  • 2 Owner
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone "Galbani"
  • 300 ml Espresso from Frische Paradies
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • ladyfingers
  • some cocoa powder or grated chocolate for sprinkling
  • Casserole dish approx. 20x12 cm
Method
  1. Whisk the eggs together with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and continue whisking until the cream becomes firmer.
  2. Heat the espresso and add the Amaretto.
  3. Soak the ladyfingers in the liquid, let them drain, and then layer the tiramisu.
  4. Decorate with grated chocolate and cocoa powder.
