Broccoli and pea pasta in 25 minutes

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • Salt
  • 200 g Noodles
  • 2 Kill
  • 250 g of meat
  • 150 g peas
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 25g Italian hard cheese
  • Pfeffer
Method · 25 min
  1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets about 2 cm in size.
  2. Salt the pasta water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add the broccoli to the pasta 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add the peas and cook until tender.
  4. Pour the cream into the pan and bring to a boil. Stir in half the cheese and let it melt. Drain the pasta, reserving 100 ml of the cooking water. Mix the broccoli and pea pasta into the cheese sauce. Stir in 6-8 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Tip: Ground meat cooks up quickly. To save another step, we used seasoned minced pork, which is already seasoned. Important: Always use it on the day of purchase or freeze it immediately!
