A caramel apple cider mimosa has all the flavors I want in a fall cocktail: crisp apple cider, buttery caramel, a splash of apple brandy, and plenty of chilled prosecco to make it bubbly. It’s also incredibly easy to mix, which means you can spend less time making drinks and more time enjoying your guests! This drink is perfect for adults on Halloween before heading out for trick-or-treating or served alongside pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls and sausage breakfast casserole on Thanksgiving morning. The caramel gives the cider a rich sweetness, while the Granny Smith apple slice adds a tart, crisp finish and makes the mimosa look extra pretty in the glass. For the best flavor and fizz, be sure to chill the cider and prosecco before assembling.
