I make the semifreddo without eggs, I eat coffee and I don't put on a gram, so I'm ready for the swimsuit test
I tried making coffee semifreddo like this: I don't add eggs, I eat and I don't gain weight, I allow myself a cheat every now and then, but I don't overdo it.
Today I want to suggest a super tasty dessert made with light cream, condensed milk, and coffee. It requires just a few simple ingredients and takes just a few minutes to prepare. All you have to do is wait for it to cool in the freezer.
Semifreddo certainly isn't the lightest dessert you can eat, but I can assure you that by giving up something, you can indulge in a little after-dinner indulgence. Of course, if you eat dessert every day, it's not a good idea if you're trying to lose a few pounds before summer. Let's take a look at the quick recipe!

Eggless coffee semifreddo recipe
To make the eggless coffee semifreddo, start by adding 45 ml of cream, taken from the amount indicated in the ingredients list, to a saucepan and heat. Then, add the instant coffee and stir until smooth.
The remaining cream, which must be cold, should be placed in a bowl and mixed with an electric whisk. Add the condensed milk only once the cream is well whipped, and then gradually combine the two ingredients. Also add the coffee cream prepared earlier.
Wrap the individual molds in cling film, pour in the mixture, level the surface, and let it set for 8 hours. Remove, invert onto serving plates, and garnish with bitter cocoa and coffee beans. Serve and enjoy.
Have a good break!
