- 250 g savoy cabbage
- 1 red onion

- 2 egg whites
- 30 g light sesame seeds
- 30 g black sesame seeds
- Pfeffer

- Cook the lentils for 10–15 minutes according to package directions. Clean the savoy cabbage, wash it, quarter it, remove the core, and cut the leaves into strips. Cut the onion into thin strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pot, sauté the onion and savoy cabbage strips over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
