Cream-custard slices

No-bake cream and custard slices are quick and easy to make and the whole family will love them. Simply layer a delicious cream of custard, cream and mascarpone between several layers of biscuits, drizzle with chocolate icing and leave to set in the fridge.

Ingredients · Servings 1 sheet
  • 1 vanilla pudding powder
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1-2 vanilla sugars
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 500 g mascarpone (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 260 g BeBe biscuits (2 packs)
  • Frosting:
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 150 ml whipping cream
Method · 35 min
  1. Make a thicker pudding from the pudding powder, milk and vanilla sugar. Stir in the broken chocolate and let it melt, then cover the pudding with cling film and let it cool.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Beat the mascarpone and powdered sugar into the pudding and finally gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Place the cookies next to each other on the bottom of the mold, spread half of the filling on them, top with cookies again, spread with the rest of the cream, and finally add another layer of cookies.
  4. Heat the cream for the icing, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pour the finished icing over the slices and spread it evenly.
  5. It is best to let it harden overnight in the refrigerator.
