Casserole with fried sausage

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 80 dkg Potatoes
  • 7 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Pork fat
  • 60 dkg smoked sausage
  • 4 dl sour cream
  • Only

Method · 1 h 15 min
  1. To prepare the potato casserole, wash the potatoes, then pour enough water into a saucepan to cover them and cook, covered, for 20 minutes until soft.
  2. Boil the eggs in cold water for 8 minutes, then cool immediately by plunging them into cold water.
  3. Drain the water from the potatoes, peel them while they are still warm, and let them cool. Slice them into rings. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them into rings as well.
  4. Heat the fat in a frying pan, add the sausage cut into rings and fry. Remove the sausage and set aside. Mix the fried sausage fat with the sour cream well.
  5. Lightly grease a baking sheet, place a third of the potatoes on the bottom, season with salt and pepper, spread some of the egg rings on top, then the sausage and drizzle with sour cream. Layer the remaining ingredients. Place the potatoes on top and drizzle with sour cream.
  6. Bake the finished potato casserole in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
