Simple pork noodles with sauce
A quick pork recipe that perfectly combines juicy meat with a strong garlic and mustard flavor. The meat is first seared, then poured with broth and stewed until tender. The delicate juice and final seasoning create a delicious dish that goes well with rice and pasta.

- 300 g pork (for example pork legs)
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1-2 tablespoons oil
- butter (as needed)
- broth (as needed)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley

- Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, add dried garlic, plain flour and mix. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the peeled garlic into thin slices.
- Fry the meat in hot oil until golden brown.
- Then take it out, add a piece of butter and finely chopped onion to the pan, and sauté until golden brown.
- Then add the sliced garlic, sauté for a while and return the meat, pouring over the broth so that it is partially submerged.
- Simmer until the meat is tender, adding more broth as needed.
- Then just add the mustard and soy sauce, mix and finally add the chopped parsley.
- Serve with rice or another favorite side dish.
