  • 25 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 Croissant
  • 1 The Butter
  • 60 g Fontina
  • 2 The Ajvar-Paste
  • 4 slices of bresaola ham
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Pfeffer
Method · 15 min
  1. Pick over the arugula, wash it, and spin it dry. Flatten the croissants slightly with the palms of your hands. Heat butter in a pan. Fry the croissants in it over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until crispy. Reduce the heat. Top the croissants with slices of Fontina cheese. Cover and cook for another 2–3 minutes over low heat until the cheese begins to melt.
