With no added sugar, since strawberries are already sweet enough, this is a truly delicious treat that will make you lose weight spoonful after spoonful and refresh you both inside and out. Instruments

a rectangular baking dish 20 cm by 35 cm

a bowl

a fork

a knife

kitchen paper

200 g of ladyfingers

300 g of ripe strawberries

200 g of light Greek yogurt

the filtered juice of half an organic lemon

35 g of stevia sweetener

a drizzle of vegetable milk

a few flakes of white chocolate

Light Strawberry Tiramisu, procedure

Carefully dry the washed strawberries, remove the stems, and chop them into chunks. Place them in a bowl. Season with the strained lemon juice and a pinch of stevia. Emulsify all the ingredients thoroughly and let the strawberries sit for 10 minutes. In a bowl, soften the yogurt and add the remaining stevia and a few white chocolate chips to make it more indulgent.

Soak the ladyfingers in the milk and use them to line the bottom of a 20 x 35 cm rectangular baking dish. Cover the biscuit base with the yogurt cream. Level the surface and decorate with the strawberry pieces before hiding it under another layer of ladyfingers already soaked in the plant-based milk. Cover with the remaining cream, level the surface, and decorate with the remaining strawberries. Refrigerate the tiramisu for 2 hours before serving.
