Cream soup with potatoes and porcini mushrooms

A heavenly cream soup with potatoes and porcini mushrooms is a delicious surprise. Try this wonderful soup recipe.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 pinch Pfeffer
  • 0.5 cups cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 g porcini mushrooms (dried)
  • 0.5 pcs. bouillon cubes
  • 0.5 l water
Method · 40 min
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Cook the porcini mushrooms in water for about 15 minutes. Then add the potatoes and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
  3. Then, remove some of the potatoes and porcini mushrooms from the soup. Purée the remaining soup and mix in the cream. Add the potatoes and porcini mushrooms back to the soup.
  4. Finally, season with salt, pepper and stock cubes.
