Euphonium
You might be thinking of a holiday in Italy, skiing and great cuisine. Now you can easily prepare a drink from the slopes at home and treat your family and friends. Smooth, delicious, fragrant and really warms you up.
Ingredients · Servings 6
- 500 ml eggnog
- 250 ml whiskey (rum or brandy)
- 200 ml milk
- 250 ml whipping cream
- cocoa
Method · 20 min
- Heat the eggnog and whiskey in a saucepan. The mixture should be hot, but not boiling.
- We heat the milk.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Stir the hot milk into the alcohol mixture and divide the drink into thick-walled glasses.
- Garnish with a scoop of whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa and serve.
