Pineapple ice cream

1. Chop the pineapple into small squares.

Ingredients · Servings 10
  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 pineapple-flavored gelatin packets
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of heavy cream
Method · 40 min
  1. Chop the pineapple into small squares.
  2. Cook with the sugar and the 6 cups of water.
  3. Place a gelatin packet in the cooked pineapple and stir well.
  4. Place in a serving dish and refrigerate to harden.
  5. Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and the other pineapple-flavored gelatin in a blender.
  6. Beat until creamy and pour over the hardened pineapple.
  7. Return to the refrigerator until the cream thickens and serve.
