- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 01 whistle of salt
Method · 30 min
- Beat the egg together with the oil, vanilla extract, sugar, milk and a pinch of salt;
- In a separate bowl, combine the wheat flour and yeast;
- Add the first mixture to the flour and yeast, without beating, just incorporating it.
- Divide the batter among the muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
