Perfectly crisp! Delicious arugula and pear salad

Spring is the perfect time for light and healthy, yet still filling, salads. The combination of greens and crunchy ingredients makes this arugula and pear salad simply insanely delicious. Try this recipe; it's definitely worth it!

Ingredients · Servings 1-2 people
  • 2 pears,
  • 100 g rocket,
  • 100 g gorgonzoli,
  • 100 g shelled walnuts,
  • a handful of sesame seeds for sprinkling.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard,
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed vinegar,
  • salt and pepper (to taste).
Method · 30 min
  1. First, rinse the arugula, then dry it thoroughly. Arrange the greens in an even layer on a plate.
  2. Wash the pears. Dice the washed and peeled fruit and cheese. Place on top of the arugula.
  3. Toast the nuts in a dry pan. Don't put them on a plate yet!
  4. Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients and mixing thoroughly. Pour over the salad.
  5. Top with toasted nuts. Sprinkle with a little sesame seeds to taste. Your arugula and pear salad is ready!
