I brought it to work for lunch. Now all my colleagues are devouring this salad

A light salad with pomegranate and chicken. Perfect for dinner or a second breakfast at work. It looks beautiful on a plate. Just munch on it!

Ingredients · Servings 1-2 people
  • chicken fillet
  • a teaspoon of gyros spice
  • sun
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • mixed salad
  • red onion
  • grenade
  • a teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • a spoonful of honey
  • sun
  • pepper
Method · 1 h
  1. Sprinkle the chicken with spices. Fry in a pan with heated oil until golden brown on both sides. Cut the fried fillet into strips.
  2. Prepare the salad dressing. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Add the spices.
  3. Place the salad mix in a bowl. Quarter the pomegranate, remove the seeds, and place them in a bowl. Thinly slice the onion and add it to the salad. Finally, add the chopped chicken and a teaspoon of sesame seeds. Drizzle the salad with the light dressing. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Serve the pomegranate and chicken salad immediately after preparation or pack it in a container and take it to work (it's best to add the dressing just before serving).
