  • 0,5 tl Fairtrade Original Matcha (1 gr)
  • 20 ml boiled water (cool to 70 degrees)
  • 100 + 50 ml (plant-based) milk
  • A generous handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: a squeeze of honey
Method · 5 min
  1. Whisk the matcha with the boiled water (using a bamboo whisk) until frothy. Let it cool.
  2. Put the ice cubes in a nice glass. Froth the milk on the cold setting in a milk frother. (You can skip this step if you prefer). Pour the frothed milk over the ice.
  3. Pour the matcha over the milk.
  4. Serve immediately. Drink it chilled.
