Make this blender cake quickly and effortlessly!

Ingredients · Servings 6
  • 1 this
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
Method · 35 min
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until the batter is firm and thick.
  2. For a more consistent dough, add another portion of wheat flour.
  3. Grease a baking pan with oil and pour half of the batter into it, enough to cover the entire bottom.
  4. Next, add a filling of your choice and cover with the remaining dough.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.
