Are you pressed for time and need to whip up a quick dessert? A quick kefir and cocoa bun will save you! It only takes 40 minutes to prepare, and if you drizzle this treat with melted chocolate at the end, everyone who tastes it will be licking their lips.

Ingredients · Servings 1 sheet
  • For the dough:
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of good quality cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 150 ml oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • To erase and empty the mold:
  • tuk
  • wholemeal flour
  • To the surface:
  • chocolate icing
Method · 40 min
  1. Mix all the liquid ingredients in the first bowl and the dry ingredients in the second. Then, while whisking constantly and slowly, pour them into the liquid mixture. Mix well.
  2. Pour the dough into a prepared baking pan that has been greased and sprinkled with coarse flour. Bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes (based on experience with your own oven).
  3. After baking, let the bun cool and pour over the chocolate icing.
