  • 2,5dl vettä
  • 6dl vehnäjauhoja
  • 1tl suolaa
  • 1pss kuivahiivaa
  • 2rkl öljyä
Method · 24 h
  1. -Kuumennetaan vesi 42 asteiseksi
  2. -Sekoitetaan kuivat aineet keskenään
  3. -Sekoitetaan taikina hyvin, hyvin ja vielä vähän
  4. Laitetaan taikina kohoamaan viileään, noin 4-5 tunniksi
  5. Vaivataan taikina hyvin, kuplat pois. Jaetaan kahteen osaan. Kaulitaan ne levyksi ja rullataan pötöiksi. Annetaan kohota vähintään puoli tuntia.
  6. Kuumennetaan uuni 300 asteeseen.
  7. -Leikataan viilto kohonneisiin patukoihin ja laitetaan uuniin
  8. Laitetaan uunin pohjalle vuoka, jossa on vettä; vesi haihtuu ja tekee pinnan rapeaksi. Paistetaan noin 8 min
  9. Nostetaan ritilälle, liinan päälle jäähtymään.

-Knead the dough well, well and a little more

Let the dough rise in a cool place, for about 4-5 hours.

Knead the dough well, remove any bubbles. Divide into two parts. Roll them into a disk and roll them into balls. Let rise for at least half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

-Cut a slit into the raised bars and put them in the oven

Place a pan with water on the bottom of the oven; the water will evaporate and make the surface crispy. Bake for about 8 minutes.

Place on a wire rack, covered with a cloth, to cool.
