sei zucchini roll

sei zucchini roll

Ingredients · Servings 2 annosta
  • 2kpl seifleitä
  • 1kpl iso kesäkurpitsa
  • suolaa,pippuria
Method
  1. Leikkaa kesäkurpitsasta ohuita siivuja, parhaiten leikkuukoneella.Suolaa siivut ja anna liian nesteen poistua kurpitsasta suolan avulla.Kuivaa siivut huolella.
  3. Paista kirkastetussa voissa,ei liian kuumalla pannulla, noin viisi minuuttia molemmin puolin kypsäksi.
  4. Minä tarjosin paistetun kurpitsan ja kukkakaalipyreen kanssa.
  5. Kuvissa myös yksi kurpitsani, mikä lähti sireenipensaaseen karkuun.
  6. Sadonkorjuuta juu tässäkin näin syksyä odotellessa.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices, preferably with a slicer. Salt the slices and let the excess liquid drain from the zucchini with the salt. Dry the slices carefully.

Season the fish pieces as you like. Wrap the fish pieces in the zucchini. One and a half times is enough. If you use a whole zucchini slice, put the fish in the oven at 140 degrees for another 10 minutes to cook the fish.

Fry in clarified butter, in a not too hot pan, for about five minutes on each side until cooked.

I served it with roasted pumpkin and cauliflower puree.

The pictures also show one of my pumpkins, which ran away into the siren bush.

I saw the harvest here too, waiting for autumn.
