Vegetable soup with semolina dumplings “for the little ones”

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 1 large carrot
  • a piece of parsley
  • celery
  • medium potato
  • baby food
  • yolk
  • olive oil
  • herbs (basil, chives, lovage)
Method · 35 min
  1. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Grate the parsley, celery and potatoes on a fine grater.
  2. Put a piece of butter and grated carrots in a saucepan. Stir for a while. Then pour in water.
  3. Add the other vegetables, herbs and let it cook.
  4. Semolina dumplings: Put one egg yolk, 2 teaspoons of semolina, a few drops of oil, and a little water in a bowl. Mix and make small dumplings in the soup. Cook.

Ingredients: carrots, parsley, celery, potatoes, baby semolina, egg yolk, olive oil, chives.
