You never have to buy Kinder slices again! Simply combine the simple cocoa bodies with a delicate cream of cottage cheese, honey and butter and let them set in the fridge. A light dessert or sweet snack, not only for the little ones, tastes better than the store-bought ones.

  • 150 g semi-coarse flour
  • 130 g caster sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 baking powder
  • Filling
  • 500 g soft cottage cheese in a tub
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey

  2. Divide the dough into two baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, spread one cake with the cottage cheese filling, cover with the second cake and leave to set in the fridge.
