Noodles with apples

Noodles with apples

A quick dish that is especially loved by children. It is similar to sweet dumplings, only much simpler. Moreover, the ingredients for this dish are usually available at home and even complete beginners can prepare it.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 400 g pasta (any kind)
  • 4 apples (or to taste)
  • 2 cm whole cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • butter
  • cinnamon sugar
Method · 30 min
  1. Cook the pasta in the usual way according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into larger pieces.
  3. Pour a little water (2-3 tablespoons) over them and mash them with a clove, a slice of lemon and a piece of cinnamon so that there are pieces left, not mush.
  4. Drain the pasta and place it on a plate. Arrange the apples on top, from which we have removed the spices, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and pour over the hot butter.
