Vegetable soup with tortellini

Do you want something quick and filling, but you can't decide between soup or pasta? How about using stuffed tortellini as a great filling in a tasty broth full of vegetables and fresh mushrooms? You'll see that it will be a good idea.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1 large parsley
  • 1 zucchini
  • 150 g hub
  • 1/2 package of tortellini (e.g. cheese)
  • vegetable broth
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Method · 35 min
  1. Fry the cleaned and chopped vegetables and mushrooms in butter, pour in the broth and cook until soft.
  2. Separately, cook the tortellini according to the instructions.
  3. Divide the tortellini among plates and pour over the soup.
