Cheesecake bun

Fluffy cheesecake is a fragrant homemade dessert that never disappoints. Delicate dough combined with a taste that you will love after the first bite. A great choice for coffee, breakfast or as a sweet spot after lunch.

Ingredients · Servings 1 sheet
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 2 cups of semi-coarse flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g butter (or fat)
  • 1 baking powder
  • cocoa
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Further:
  • breadcrumbs (for dusting the baking sheet)
  • butter for spreading
Method · 1 h
  1. Turn on the oven to 170 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with butter, sugar and egg. Add the flour and baking powder.
  3. Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread the dough on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cocoa powder and a little sugar. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Then take out the bun and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
