Smoked salmon wraps with avocado, arugula, and wasabi mayonnaise

If you're tired of the usual wraps, this is the perfect alternative for you. Smoked salmon wraps with avocado, arugula, and wasabi mayo offer an interesting combination. Their simplicity makes them an ideal choice for a tasty and healthy addition to your table.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 4 Tortillas di mais
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 50g Mayonnaise
  • q.b. Wasabi
Method · 15 min
  1. To prepare the Smoked Salmon Wraps with Avocado, Arugula, and Wasabi Mayonnaise, start by laying out the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread a thin layer of wasabi mayonnaise on each tortilla. Slice the avocado thinly and distribute it evenly over the tortillas.
  2. Add the smoked salmon slices on top of the avocado, followed by the fresh arugula. Carefully roll each tortilla up to form wraps. Cut them in half diagonally and arrange them on a serving platter.

For an extra touch of crunch, add some slices of fresh cucumber.

Smoked Salmon Wraps are best eaten immediately, but you can store them in the refrigerator for up to a day, wrapped in cling film.

Serve the Smoked Salmon Wraps on a serving platter, garnishing with fresh arugula leaves and lemon slices for a pop of color and freshness.

Smoked Salmon Wraps are perfect as an appetizer or light main course. Pair them with a mixed salad or crudités for a balanced and flavorful meal.
