Pork noodles with pasta

Pork noodles with pasta

Pork noodles with pasta are a simple and filling weekday meal. Marinated meat, colorful peppers, and pasta create a tasty lunch or dinner that can be topped with grated cheese.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 400 g pork
  • 500 g pasta (fans, pappardelle, tagliatelle, etc.)
  • 2 fresh peppers
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Further:
  • grated cheese (to taste)
  • oil for frying
Method · 40 min
  1. Clean and skin the pork, cut off the fatty parts, and cut it into thin strips.
  2. Mix the spices, garlic and oil in a bowl.
  3. Place the meat in the prepared marinade, mix and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the cores and cut them into thin strips.
  5. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Before draining the pasta, set aside about 100 ml of the cooking water. Drain the pasta and drizzle with a little oil to prevent it from sticking together.
  6. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until translucent. Add the marinated meat and sauté for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  7. Add the chopped bell pepper and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until softened but still slightly crunchy.
  8. Mix the finished meat mixture with the cooked pasta. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
  9. When serving, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.

I use boneless pork leg. If you like, you can add corn, peas, and any other vegetables you like. For a better taste, you can add sweet paprika to the marinade.
