  • Tuna in its own juice
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Cream cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • White wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
Method · 20 min
  1. Open the can of tuna and drain the juice into a small bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, and cream cheese, stir until smooth, and season with pepper.
  2. Finely dice the cucumbers and celery stalks and season with a little salt. Peel the carrots and cut them into similar cubes.
  3. Shred the tuna, mix with the vegetables and dressing, and serve immediately.
