Caramel sauce for Thermomix®

gg caramel candies (soft)

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • 250 g Caramel candies
  • 250 g condensed milk
  • 200g whipping cream
  • 60 g Butter
Method · 10 min
  1. Place the caramel candies in the mixing bowl, chop for 7 seconds/speed 7 and push down with the spatula.
  2. Add condensed milk, cream and butter, place the simmering basket on the mixing bowl lid instead of the measuring cup and cook for 15 min/Varoma/speed 1.5.
  3. Pour the caramel sauce into 3 hot, rinsed screw-top jars (200 g each), seal tightly immediately, let cool, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. It will keep for approximately 4 weeks when sealed. Consume opened jars within 1 week.
