- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- Half a cup of sunflower oil
- 100 g margarine – at room temperature
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- Half a cup of dark chocolate

- 1. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until lightly frothy.
- 2. Next, add the powdered sugar and continue whisking until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
- 3. Add the sunflower oil and the cubed margarine at room temperature, and stir until the ingredients are completely combined.
- 4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and vanilla into the mixture and mix with a spatula until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
- 5. Once the dough comes together, knead it gently by hand.
- 6. Attach a flute-shaped nozzle to the piping bag and transfer the prepared cookie dough into the bag.
- 7. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a caterpillar shape; you can create the shapes as you like.
- 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
- 9. Melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method until it becomes fluid.
- 10. Pour the melted chocolate into a narrow glass and dip the cookies in the chocolate, gently shaking off any excess.
- 11. Arrange the chocolate chip cookies on a wire rack, using a plate or baking paper underneath to prevent chocolate from dripping.
